Caroline Tweddle trading as Caroline Tweddle is committed to protecting your personal information.  Whenever you provide such information, I am legally obliged to use your information in line with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal information, including the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and as from 25 May 2018, The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Notice sets out how I, Caroline Tweddle trading as Caroline Tweddle, collect, store and use information about you when you use or interact with my website, www.carolinetweddle.co.uk, and where I otherwise obtain or collect information about you.

Why am I collecting your personal data?

I am collecting your personal data to undertake business and to correspond with you.

Who I will share your personal data with?

A. In order to deliver services to you, I may temporarily hold your contact details until a service is completed.

B. With your consent, I would like to hold your contact details data on a spreadsheet and/or email provider address book, to maintain contact in order to follow-up a completed service; and/or to alert you to new services or products that may be of interest to you. If you are happy to give your consent or do not want your name to be recorded, please contact me. Note that once you have requested that your details are to be deleted, I will not be able to contact you again.

C. I will never pass your details to other companies.

How long will I hold your personal data?

I will retain your personal data for only as long as is necessary. For financial transactions, I will keep records for seven years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer as required by HMRC.

My website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave my site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, I cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

Your right to complain
